I have to say music is one of the most powerful things, it can change the way you feel just by listening to some songs, it can make you happy or sad. So I thought I would share a few of my favourite playlists to get you through certain certain days, as I have a lot of different playlists.

These are a few playlists that really help me and it allows me to cry when I just can’t get it out and well gives me a pick me up when I really need it. Just remember that you don’t always need to speak to someone to get your emotions out, let someone else do the talking for you.. could be Adele ;)! Just remember that there are so many amazing songs out there that can help you to understand why you are feeling the way you are, or just explain it in the most perfect way. Songs can mean something completely different to each and every one of us, find a song which makes you feel good and then just build the collection up as you go.
Don’t let the day get you down and find a few minutes to listen to some music, it could be on your lunch break, on the way to work or just 5 minutes away from your desk.
