This is something that at times we can all ask, even those suffering at times. It is a word that is thrown around a lot and not many people have a good understanding. Depression is more than just a feeling and affects us a lot more than we could ever imagine.
From the outside people just see the happy smiley me, when deep down inside I am crying and fighting the thoughts which most people who don’t suffer with mental illness would not even comprehend.
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems and affects most people however, this is normal but those who suffer with severe anxiety, it can change their whole life.
Since coming back off holiday I haven’t been my normal self… I know I haven’t kept up with writing on here and I am sorry but we are only human after all!!
